2. Quotes & Variations
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Any change to scope, site conditions or client requirements may require a revised quote. Variations must be agreed in writing before work proceeds.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate site information, safe access, and any required approvals not handled by Northern Fuel Maintenance. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and costs.

4. Warranties
Products supplied by Northern Fuel Maintenance carry the manufacturer’s warranties. Installation and workmanship warranties are outlined in project documentation. Warranty claims must be made in writing with supporting details.

5. Safety & Compliance
Northern Fuel Maintenance follows strict safety procedures and complies with all applicable standards for fuel storage and handling. Clients must ensure the site is safe and compliant for work to begin.

6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the proposal or invoice. Late payments may incur fees. Ownership of supplied equipment remains with Northern Fuel Maintenance until full payment is received.

7. Liability
Northern Fuel Maintenance is not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors outside its control, including third‑party contractors, supply chain issues or unforeseen site conditions.

8. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. Costs incurred up to the cancellation date will be invoiced.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state or territory in which the work is performed.
